I was working out with the Wii Fit today....the yoga is hard to do and get the breathing and centering just right. But, I like it. And, I do pretty good with it.

Then, I decided to start on some of the strength training--and the second exercise was the push up/side in this video...only you do it on the Wii Fit board. The Wii gives you feedback on your balance, and how well you're doing.

This damn game system that I paid for had the colossal nerve to call my my own house...a couch potato!

Almost made me cry!
