I was working out with the Wii Fit today....the yoga is hard to do and get the breathing and centering just right. But, I like it. And, I do pretty good with it.

Then, I decided to start on some of the strength training--and the second exercise was the push up/side plank...like in this video...only you do it on the Wii Fit board. The Wii gives you feedback on your balance, and how well you're doing.

This damn game system that I paid for had the colossal nerve to call me...to my face...in my own house...a couch potato!

Almost made me cry!
