Summer in my mind....

It is cold here in our nation's capital. Tomorrow we are supposed to have a "wintry mix" of snow and sleet turning to freezing rain--yuck! Sunday, I made Pioneer Woman's lasagna, divvied it up and stuck it in the freezer. So, that's what we had for dinner tonight--great comfort food when it's cold outside! And, it was delicious!
